If you issue a chargeback to your financial institution, we will send the service agreement and refund policy directly to your financial institution, and then you will be required to pay their chargeback fee on your account, as well as the chargeback fee on our end.

It is your responsibility to ensure that when paying for our services via the paypal method, that you select “services rendered”, and not “friends and family.” Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if you selected “friends and family”.For orders paid via PayPal we will refund money to your PayPal account only. Your PayPal account must be considered “Verified” by PayPal, open, and in good standing with PayPal for us to refund money.
